Rules and Regulations
Dear Customers,
Please note the following before proceeding:
1. The company is not obligated to delete registered invoices. Please review your file carefully before registering an invoice and making the final payment (in terms of size, quantity, amount, delivery speed, etc.)
2. It is mandatory that the orders sent (in person or online) are permissible under the laws of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. All permits must be obtained by the orderer.
3. If orders that are prohibited for printing, such as (images of money, various types of fortune-telling and tattoos, images of women (face or body), dance instruction, bodybuilding images, playing card designs or similar, installation of satellite dishes, pyramid companies, photographs of the faces of the Imams and …) are registered by you, and if they escape the eye of the control clerk of the New World complex and enter the printing process, these orders will be destroyed by the complex and all responsibility for this matter, including fines and criminal penalties, will be borne by the orderer. Therefore, please keep this in mind when placing your order.
4. There are orders that require a permit to be registered, some of which are as follows:
- Logos of government companies
- Various Latin-only labels
- Pharmaceutical products
- Chemical products
- Various warranty cards
- Traffic signs and labels
- Food labels
- Medical equipment
- Cosmetics and personal care products
- …
The orderer is responsible for obtaining these permits from the relevant organization.
5. The error rate for printing work is 5 to 7 percent (color, quantity, etc.)
6. After the design is approved and the text is proofread, no objections are acceptable.
7. 70% of the amount is received from the orderer upon placing the order and the remainder is received at the end of the work.
8. Delivery will be made after full settlement.
9. All obligations of this institution will only be enforceable when the customer’s obligations in terms of finance and approval of the design, etc. have been fully fulfilled.
10. The maximum storage time for an order at the institution is 2 days. If it is not picked up, the goods will be delivered to the warehouse and a fee of 1,000 Rials per kilogram per day will be charged.
(Orders under 1 ton are calculated as 1 ton per day.)
The responsibility for the safety of the goods in the warehouse lies with the customer.
