It usually includes die-cutting for a unique shape. Generally, clothing labels (tags) also provide instructions for garment care and washing.

The cost of clothing labels (tags) is determined based on the following factors:

The types of clothing labels (tags) are as follows:

1. Cardboard Labels

Cardboard labels are made from glossy cardboard over 250 grams and fancy papers (such as linen or Fabriano). Their shape and design are printed according to the customer’s request, and the cost is determined based on the quantity, number of colors, and specific shape.

2- Clothes fabric label

a) Woven Fabric Labels:

In woven fabric labels, the design and logo are woven into the fabric. Woven fabric labels, or taffeta labels, are more resistant to washing and sunlight, easy to sew, have a high variety of colors, and are more visually appealing.

b) Printed cloth label: It is printed on the tape or ribbons for the logo.

3-Carpet or Mattress Label

The carpet label is also attached to the back of the carpet, mattress, or bed, where the product specifications are indicated. The carpet label is made of thermal label material, which adheres to the product with heat. Additionally, there is a type of carpet or mattress label that can be used with stitching, and these are usually made of polyester.

7-Tyvek Label

Tyvek label is made of synthetic fibers and fabric fibers in a compressed form. The printable type comes in two models: glossy and regular (matte). This label does not have adhesive. It is widely used in the textile industry (as a washing instruction label), the automotive industry, the electronics industry, and in wire winding, and it does not tear at all. The appropriate ribbon for printing on this label is the wax-resin ribbon.

8- Mattress Tape

In the New World collection, various types of mattress edge tapes are offered in designs and sizes according to customer preferences. These fabric tapes can be printed with different designs, texts, or logos, allowing you to present a beautiful advertisement along with the product. Mattress labels are produced in two forms: adhesive and sewable.
