Envelope

The design on the envelope, print quality, and material are just as important as the contents inside the envelope.

Envelopes are printed in various types such as A5, letter envelopes, A6, A3, and CD envelopes, using materials like offset paper, linen, kraft, card, and glossy paper.

Based on usage, envelopes can be produced as:

However, the key difference is that this type of envelope includes a section designed for viewing the contents inside. This section is covered with cellophane so that the pages inside the envelope are visible, such as in mobile bill envelopes and similar items.

The two-layer envelope is stronger and is used to protect the items placed inside. It is available in sizes A4, A5, A3, B4, B5, letter, and CD envelopes.

Two-layer envelopes can be produced with postal or custom printing using various materials.

The metallized envelope consists of a layer of 95-gram coated paper and a 20-gram metallized layer. Metallized mailing envelopes have excellent resistance to stretching and pressure and do not tear easily.

1. D) Envelope with white lamination and black lamination

The laminated envelope consists of a layer of coated paper with a weight of 80 to 100 grams along with 15 grams of polyethylene, which prevents water from penetrating the envelope. This polyethylene can be either white or black.

The durability of this envelope is lower compared to other envelopes.
