It is used to vacuum (plumb) the product until it reaches the consumer, such as tobacco boxes, health products, food products, liquid bottles (such as mineral water), in the following forms:

I) Thermal shrink

n thermal shrink, shrink nylons of varying thickness are used. The widths of shrink nylons are different; the upper widths are used for shrinking large parts in factories.

 

                  

II) Pack shrink

Just as thermal shrink, cellophane or shrink nylons of varying thicknesses and widths are used in pack shrink to wrap book, CD, magazine, etc.

III) Wrapper

In the food industry, different wrappers are used for ready and semi-ready foods, all kinds of breads, nuts, etc.
BOPP and CPP films are manufactured as flat, matte, and metallized, depending on need and consumption, and are used for packaging food, nuts, grains, detergents, fertilizer, etc. CPP film does not have elasticity.
The CPP wrapper has a minimum thickness of 20 microns and a maximum thickness of 40 microns and is suitable for packing cereals and sugar.
    

                                  

BOPP film has a brittle property and is used in packages which are torn easily. BOPP wrapper is suitable for packaging pasta, cake, and cookies.

           

Bi-layer laminate of BOPP, CPP, and OPP films is used in the packaging industries.
Other elementary wrappers are used in the packaging industry of varnished aluminum foils for yogurt cap, cheese cap, etc.

 

         

Metallized wrappers with a single layer of paper are used to wrap gum, butter, coffee, and chocolate.

                        

Gold and silver paper wrappers are actually laminated metallized ones on paper, which are available in various weights from 50 microns.
