3D Volumetric and Flat Printing
3D printing is an advanced technology that allows the creation of three-dimensional objects using digital models.
In this process, various materials such as plastic, metal, wood, etc., are applied layer by layer to achieve the final shape of the product.
3D printed products can be volumetric or flat.
In volumetric products, the final shape of the product is three-dimensional and tangible. This type of product is used to create complex and highly detailed objects such as 3D scanners, architectural models, etc.
However, in flat products, the final shape of the product is two-dimensional and lacks volume.
This type of product is used to create electronic components, printed labels, and so on.
Since 3D printed products are created digitally, it is easy to make changes and modifications to the product design. Additionally, this technology is widely used in various industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical, and more.
I) Flat 3D Printing (Movable 3D Printing)
One of the applications of flat 3D printing is for transfers that appear in a specific way from every angle.
Typically, flat 3D printing is used for posters, business cards, rulers, etc., and can support up to six different designs.
The first step in creating images for 3D printing is to produce 8, 12, or 24 graphic files using software such as CorelDRAW or Photoshop. These files are then processed by specialized software, and lithography films and zinc plates are made from the processed files. When the viewer looks at the 3D image, the optical illusion gives the impression of depth or movement in the image.
After printing the image, moving the vertical grooves gives a sense of depth, while moving horizontally reveals other effects in the 3D print.
New World performs 3D design and printing both flat and volumetric with the highest quality. New World performs 3D design and printing both flat and volumetric with the highest quality.

II) Volumetric 3D Printing
Volumetric 3D printing is performed using 3D printers and is used for prototyping 3D ideas.
3D printers sample layer by layer from a digital file, producing a tangible 3D object from the digital model. The object starts to take shape from the bottom up, with each layer building upon the previous ones until the final object is complete.
