Wooden business card

Our business cards are available in five different types of wood:

Birch, Maple, Bamboo, Cherry, and Black Walnut

Each is carefully selected for its color and unique characteristics. Each card is engraved from a larger sheet, giving each one a unique design and character. Choose your favorite or split the batch between two or more types at no additional cost.

Custom Shaping

We can not only cut the wooden business card but also change the shape of the card itself by cutting around the edges. As long as the desired shape fits within standard card dimensions, there is no additional cost.

Laser Cutting and Engraving

Each of our wooden business cards is engraved using advanced CO2 laser cutting machines. We then engrave the text and designs on the card surface with an impressive resolution of 1200 dots per inch.

Biodegradable and Compostable

The veneer and core used in our wooden business cards are not only fully biodegradable and compostable but are also sourced from managed forests. Additionally, because we use light instead of ink to engrave the designs, no harmful chemicals are used.

3mm Strata construction

To ensure the structural integrity of the card, we use three layers. The outer surfaces are real wood veneer. The core is reinforced with high-density fiberboard, eliminating any weakness along the grain and allowing us to cut intricate patterns without fear of brittleness.
The text on the card is engraved using a high-power CO2 laser with a 1200dpi resolution. The laser’s precision and power are used to cut decorative patterns and other design features. We can also cut the card edge into any shape you desire.
Each card is constructed using three layers. The outer surfaces are covered with a beautiful wood veneer. The high-density core provides strength and lateral resistance, preventing the card from warping.
