I) Building booths, interior decoration
The Designing, Printing, and Advertising Institute of New World designs and manufactures exhibition booths by the use of a variety of materials based on customer needs. The Designing, Printing, and Advertising Institute of the New World designs and supplies exhibition booths by 3D software. After approval by the customer, booths are referred to the executive unit to produce the structure.
Types of exhibition booths are as follows:
1) Building booth with maxima modular system
2) Building booth with self-made systems
3) Combined modular and self-made booth-building
4) Building booth using prefabricated modular system
5) Space frame exhibition booth
6) Exhibition booth with portable structures

1) Building booth with maxima modular system

Maxima modular booth-building is a modern structure that can be used in groups. Modular booths with maxima system are designed and implemented in a variety of designs, according to the customers’ needs.

2) Building booth with self-made systems

Self-made exhibition booth is built by all kinds of raw materials and equipment. After the approval of the 3D design, it is referred to the implementing unit and the booth is completely built in the factory. It will then be installed at the exhibition site. The New World’s implementing team will be present at the project site until the end of exhibition.

 

 

 

                                               

3) Combined booth-building (self-made modular)

This type of building booth uses a combination of self-made and prefabricated elements. In this method (combined booth-building), the cost is controlled and booth-building is of high diversity.

4) Building booth using prefabricated modular system

Prefabricated modular booth-building is a space that is structured to accommodate participants. The minimum requirement for exhibitors – including independent space and basic amenities – is provided in these booths (prefabricated modular exhibition booths).

                                                           

5) Space frame exhibition booth

A) Space frame exhibition booth (Outdoor)
Outdoor booths can be built by the use of space frame. Using space frame, we can build exhibition booth and cover its roof with tent and other waterproof coverings.
B) Space frame exhibition booth (Indoor)
Space frames can also be used in indoor. This method is more cost effective than other ones.

6) Building booth with portable structures

In building booths with portable structures, pop-ups, stands, counter table, roll-up, backlight, etc. are used. These exhibition structures are easy to collect, transport, and reuse in other exhibitions.

Steps to build a booth are as follows:
A) Designing
In this section, a few initial designs (depending on the area and location of the booth) are presented using maya and 3dmax software. After approving one of designs and implementing the corrections, implementing operation is started.

 

           

 

                B) Building basic requirements
Some parts of the design are prepared in the New World workshops and are moved to the exhibition location 3 to 5 days before the exhibition begins.

C) Assembly of exhibition floor and body
Parts to be produced at the exhibition (including floor and body) are manufactured and installed at the exhibition.

            

 

 

                  

D) Installation of basic requirements
It includes installation of parts built in the workshop at the exhibition booth.

             

E) Color and light
In this section, the booth is painted and lighted.

 

                                                                  

F) Interior decoration
At this point, interior decorations such as desk, chair, audio-video system, and booth arranging are performed.

 

G) Delivery of booths
The booth is delivered 1 day before the exhibition begins.
