I) Paper label printing (paper sticker)

It is like printing CD label, vial label, barcode label on food package, etc., and is made of coated paper (glossy) and writing paper (matte). Printing paper label can be done in two ways:
A) Printing sheet label; B) Printing roll label

II) Glass label printing (transparent label) 

Printing the glass label is done in three ways:
A) Offset printing: It is usually used for automobiles labels such as insurance, traffic authorization, repair shops, etc. It can be in one to five colors (white + cmyk), as one-sided and two-sided, readable (positive) or unreadable (negative).
B) Silk printing: It is carried out in one to eight colors and is used for conventional and without screen designs, with color separation.
C) Gold blocking printing: It is usually used for simple designs, in single color or added color on four offset or silk colors.

Description: It may print the serial number in all of the above cases.

III) PVC label printing

Its features are like glass label printing, except that its background color is white.

 

Types of printing PVC label are as follows:
A) Offset PVC label printing: In one to four colors
B) Silk PVC label printing: In one to eight colors
C) Gold blocked PVC label printing: It is usually used for simple designs, in single color or added color on four offset or silk colors.

PVC and transparent labels are made of plastic and printed in offset (sheet or roll) and digital (sheet). The cost of printing PVC and transparent labels is determined by the number of colors. Of course, the higher the number of orders, the lower the cost.

IV) Luminous paint label printing (sticker)

It is used in two forms of regular and reverse (readable and unreadable) to install on shop window.

V) Property label printing (Property Label)

This label is used for installation on office or corporate properties with and without number. Over time, adhesion of this label becomes stronger such that it is hard to remove, and if it is removed, cannot be used again.

The property label is printed in one to four colors as offset and silk.

VI) Chalky label printing

This type of printing has all the features of property label printing. The background of chalky label is white with the capability of offset printing and is removed in irregular pieces.
This printing is used for sealing devices, such as computer case and other electronic components.

VII) Metallized label printing

This printing is used for identification labels of produced supplies.

VIII) Polycarbonate, plexiglass, and plexi label printing

These types of printing is used for polycarbonate, plexiglass, and plexi labels; electronic keyboards; electrical appliances; and so on.

IX) Carton adhesive tape printing (wide tape) (a tape with circular width and dimensions)

This type of printing is used for carton cap and metal components protection (electric shutters and double glazed window). Its background is of transparent white (glass) and other customized colors. X) High-adhesion industrial labels printing

This type is used for special cases such as components that have a long selling time or their storage conditions is difficult (cold, heat, and abnormal humidity).
                                                                                                         

 

XI) Jelly label printing

It is used for inserting on devices such as refrigerator and gas to make them identifiable. This label is printed in one to four colors (CMYK) and has resin coating.

XII) Corrosive label printing

If this label is removed, words like “voided” and the company’s logo are appeared. The size of these labels is up to 5 * 15 cm.

XIII) Metal label printing (aluminum foil printing)

This type of printing is used to install on components that subject to heat and difficult storage conditions. For resistance and hygienic reasons, aluminum foil is also used for dairy containers caps (yogurt, milk, etc.).

XIV) Gelatin logo (silicone)

Gelatin logo is made of silicone material and has many advantages, including softness, washability, high elasticity (tensile strength), and the capability of adhesion and sewing to cloth, bag, and shoe.
