I) Board carton

Tri-folding carton, penta-folding carton, and hepta-folding carton with white or beige coating are used for packaging. Board cartons are produced in any size, in one to six colors, in silk or offset (laminated) printing. The Designing, Printing, and Advertising Institute of the New World produces types of cartons and boxes in requested sizes at reasonable cost and by the use of advanced machine and professional experts.

A) Flexo (flexography) printing
In Flexo printing, the sheet is cut precisely; then the targeted image is printed on the board sheet. In the type of printing, you can print up to 6 colors on the carton.
The Designing, Printing, and Advertising Institute of the New World performs all the above processes by an automatic Flexo machine.

B) Offset (laminated) printing
Laminated cartons include a cover of gray-back board, coated type, or writing type with the weight of 230 gr, 170 gr, and 120 gr, respectively; coated with glossy or matte cellophane (for gray-back board and coated board). It is available in one to six colors (silver and gold + CMYK). The aforementioned coating is installed on single face, E-flute, tri-folding to hepta-folding carton which is called “laminate”.
In addition to board carton, the Designing, Printing, and Advertising Institute of the New World produces board tubes of different diameters.
The cost of laminated carton is determined depending on number, type, and sizes of carton.

II) Plastic carton

This carton provides light weight, durability, ideal printing and cutting, beauty, and safety required in packaging industry.
This plastic carton’s sheets are produced in any size, in one to eight colors, in different thicknesses, and at higher cost than that of board one.
Plastic sheet is made of PP (polypropylene). It has high physical durability and chemical resistance, and is available in different colors, thicknesses, and strengths; so, it can be used as an ideal product for a wide variety of applications.
It is highly resistant to adverse environmental conditions and can withstand temperature fluctuations from -20oc to +80oc. It is also resistant to light, high humidity, rain, and chemicals.
Plastic carton is used in advertising, packaging, home appliances, agricultural industry, etc.
 

This product is produced at a maximum width of 2100 mm, customized length, and a thickness of 2 mm to 13 mm.

The cost of plastic carton is determined depending on size, number, color number, cuting shape, and type of assembly.
