V) Foam hat

Advertising foam hats are produced in two forms including simple foam hat and laminated foam hat, in different shapes. Advertising foam hats are used in various activities including marches, birthdays, etc. Simple foam hats are printed by silk printing and laminated foam hats are printed by laminate printing. Simple foam hats are manufactured in various forms.

A) Simple foam hat

Silk printing is done on the foam with a thickness of 3 to 5 mm, in one to four separating colors.

B) Laminated foam hat

In laminated foam hat, offset printing is done on board, it then is laminated on the foam, and then, is cut. Laminated foam hats are produced in a variety of shapes, and are commonly used on occasions and marches.
