Gold blocking, hot stamping, embossed stamping

I) Gold blocking

This type of printing is done on surfaces such as plastic, foam, YUF, leather, paper, and board as gold blocking, silver blocking, black blocking and/or color blocking. Staining is done by heat and colored layer on targeted material. And depending on the type of surface, clichés (stereotypes) of 1.5 to 3 mm are used. This type of printing which can be used in paper or board shopping bag, book cover, poster, and advertising gifts, is performed by automatic and handy gold blocking machines. There is also digital gold blocking machine that does not require stereotyping, and design and text are printed in any font and size at maximum quality and minimum time.

Hot stamping is usually used for soft surfaces such as plastic, foam, and YUF, and also for almanac’s leather cover, documents cover, leather keychain, office envelopes, and leather and foam bags.
