Inner cover and laminate

I) Inner cover

The box’s inner cover is used for a more beautiful and durable packaging, which is usually made of board, plexi, plexi coated with suede, and Styrofoam.

A) Board inner cover

It is made of penta-folding carton, three-folding carton, E-flute, single face, gray-back board, or ivory board.

                                       

B) Plexi inner cover

It is made of 20-50 micron plexi that is either flat or volumetric (thermal molds) and is commonly used for electronics.

 

                                                    

C) Plexi inner cover coated with suede

It is made of 20-50 micron plexi which is in volumetric form.

 

     

D) Styrofoam inner cover

It is made of Styrofoam and is produced as both flat and volumetric. Styrofoam inner cover is used for heavy and impact-sensitive bodies.

 

                             

II) Laminate inner cover

In boxes that have to withstand high weight, laminate is used. It consists of gluing a printed sheet (board, paper) on board, single face, E-flute, tri-folding board, and penta-folding board.
